- valid ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) or equivalent EMCC levels
- fluent English
- a desire to work together with colleagues
- substantial experience in team and workshop settings
- sound own business and leadership experience
- at least 5 years of proven experience in business / executive coaching
- at least 100 paid coaching hours per year
- proven, regular supervision by a certified coach

Application Process
Due to the high volume of incoming requests, we have implemented a more structured process that also involves the community from the start.
The process looks like this:
- Each interested coach first fills out the application form below.
- We carefully screen each incoming request, so this may take a few days. We will get back to you with the next steps. Thank you for your patience.
- After a review by our recruiting team, you would be contacted to schedule two seperate interviews with you.
That way, you would already get to meet some of the senior members of the LC community. Following another review and final decision, you would receive a contract and be invited to join a digital Coach Onboarding Training. Completion is mandatory before becoming a part of the LC community.
